Design: Single-layer wave springs (open-ended spring and closed-ended spring) and multi-layer wave springs manufactured by our company. Single-layer wave spring shall met JB/T7590-2005 and HG/T2479-2003 standards,there is no uniform standard for multi-layer wave springs now, so we can produce or design and manufacture various multi-layer wave springs as customers requirements.
The advantage of wave spring is replace coil springs by reducing spring operating height, Typically, wave springs occupy an extremely small area for the amount of work it performs. The use of this product is demanded, but not limited to tight axial and radial space constraints.
Applications: Electric Motors, Fabric Equipment, Hydraulic Device, Automotive.
Materials: 60Si2MnA, 50CrVA, HG-01, HG-02, Stainless Steel.
Surface Treatment: Oxidizing, phosphating, electroplating, electrophoresis.
